How to order any item

1. Please email us to confirm availability of item.

2. If you want to purchase an item please ask that a "HOLD" be placed of the item . Please pay using PayPal within three (3 days). If not I will expect some communication.We will hold the item for 3 days only awaiting payment.

3. When you pay by Paypal we can then send your item without delay. My policy is to send purchases out within four days of payment.

4. The postage for pens will approx $12.00us and up depending on the country and the packaging to the USA and Canada. For countries other than USA and Canada advise us of your address and we will compute the cost.

5. For inkwells we will figure out the cost depending on weight of the item.

6. Give us your correct address.

6. If you find the item unsatisfactory it must be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be received in the same condition as it was sent to you.
