Itinerary Schedule Update

Tentative Start Time for Musical Entertainment is 8:00 PM.
All Entertainment will be at the Lodge, except for Saturday Night which will be at the Ukrainian Hall

The Luncheons and Dinners Schedule are now as follows:
Luncheons are being served from 12:00 - 2:00
Dinners are being served from 6:00 - 8:00

Lunches and Dinners all week prepared by the Royal Purple
Prizes - Raffles- 50/50 and other Draws for some Great Prizes

PLEASE NOTE THAT EXTENDED BAR HOURS WILL ALSO BE IN EFFECT

    Sunday March 21
           - Registration at Lodge starts at 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM
           - Lodge will be open  as some guests are arriving and we will be picking them up

    Monday March 22
           - Arrivals
           - Meet and Greet at Lodge during Registration
           - Skips Meeting 7:00 PM at The Kamloops Curling Club
           - Registration at Lodge at 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
           - Registration at Kamloops Curling Club 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM 
           - Pickup available at the Kamloops Airport etc., as needed
           - Possible practice time Monday night

      Tuesday March 23
            
            - First Draw 7:30 AM
            - Opening Ceremonies 10:30 AM at the Kamloops Curling Club
            - Curling as per posted draw schedule
            - Raffle draws  from 2:00 PM till 6:00 PM  A wide selection of prizes
            - 50/50 – There will be one draw at night 10:00 PM  
            - Winning ticket will be posted at the Lodge
            - Entertainment Steve Hall (One Man Show)

      Wednesday March 24
            - There will be some light entertainment for the Ladies starting at 1:15 PM during the lunch hour
               It is called "Garbaganza"
            - Entertainment Carl McLaughlin
            - Curling as per draw schedule
            - Light Entertainment for the lunch crowd
            - 50/50 and Raffles throughout the day
            - 3:00 - 5.30 PM Swan River will be hosting a Hospitality Room to promote the 2005 Curling

      Thursday March 25
            - Curling as per draw schedule
            - 50/50 and Raffles throughout the day
            - Entertainment Roxanne Hall  (Folk Rock) 
    
      Friday 26
            - Curling as per Draw Schedule
            - 50/50 and Raffles throughout the day
            - Lunches at Lodge
            - Suppers available at Lodge
            - Entertainment Southbound Freeway  (Soft Rock Classics)
            - Some activities for the Spouses (Not sure what they will be yet)

      Saturday March 27
            - Curling Finals
            - Banquet and Dance at The Ukrainian Hall. Entertainment that Evening will be The Kingpins
            - Regalia not required at the Banquet and Dance     Time to relax and have fun
            - The Kingpins are one of the most solid ska bands in Canada.
            - Transportation to and from The Ukrainian Hall will be available
            - Presentations, prizes, 8:00 PM
            -50/50 at 10:00 PM   

  Activities available if anyone is interested

Museum 11:00 AM - 4:15 PM

Trip to the mall

Canada Games Pool  6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Casino

Weather permitting golfing at the Mount Paul Golf course
