All pens are in working order unless otherwise specified.
Some colours of plastic have a tendency to change colour (darken) because of a chemical reaction between the plastic and the sac. This also happens in certain colours of mechanical pencils through a reaction with the lead. In regards to pens that change colour, a sac will not be installed in an effort to save the pen colour from changing any further. These pens are highly prized for uniformity of colour and are hard to find. I will specify these pens as I put them on the page.
